Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a user aged 18 or above will be suspended and all associated funds withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the beet77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). beet77 does not apply currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh:

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier; full details are available in your account dashboard. beet77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and will notify affected users by email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 3 business days. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. beet77 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

4.3 Deposit Integrity

All deposits made to beet77 must originate from a payment account owned and registered in your name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties will be returned to the source account and the depositing account may be suspended. beet77 conducts routine checks to verify the ownership of payment methods used by account holders.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.4 Bonus Abuse

beet77 monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, using software to automate play, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, and exploiting promotional errors. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all pending bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on beet77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out below. Sport-specific rules are available in the rules section of the relevant betting market.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

beet77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect match manipulation, insider information, or coordinated wagering activity designed to exploit pricing errors. All bets are subject to maximum payout limits which are displayed at the time of placement. Bets placed after the commencement of an event may be voided by beet77 if the in-play market was inadvertently left open beyond its scheduled availability.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are governed by the following core rules: a match must complete at least the scheduled minimum number of overs for match-result bets to stand; in the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs due to weather, beet77 will apply the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcome where applicable; and ball-by-ball in-play markets are offered subject to data availability and may be suspended at any time at beet77's discretion.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

6.4 Void Bets and Errors

7. User Obligations

By using the beet77 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and to adhere at all times to the following obligations and prohibited conduct rules.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the beet77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime;
• Employing any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's security systems;
• Colluding with other players in casino games or coordinating sports bets with insider information;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions;
• Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates Bangladeshi law or international sanctions;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward beet77 staff or other users.

7.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the beet77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered. 7.3 Intellectual Property

8. Account Suspension & Closure

beet77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete identity or payment information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below);
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under the responsible gaming policy;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to close the account.

8.1 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if no login activity is recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. beet77 will send at least two email notifications to the registered address before applying the dormant account policy. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly dormant account administration fee of ৳200 BDT may be deducted from the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be archived. beet77 will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any fee is deducted.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the permanent closure of your beet77 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance after deduction of pending wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beet77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or losses arising from platform downtime, betting errors, or third-party game studio malfunctions. beet77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the 30-day period preceding the date of the claim.

8.4 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with beet77 support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution procedures. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting beet77 support in the first instance and allowing a reasonable period of no less than 14 days for beet77 to respond before escalating the matter further.
